Sticky Toffee Pudding!!

75g Sultana's
150g Chopped stoned Dates
1tsp Bicarbonate of soda
2tbsp butter plus extra for greasing
200g Brown sugar
2 Eggs
200g Sifted S.R Flour

Sauce: 2tbsp Butter
           175ml (6floz) Double Cream
            200g Brown sugar

Soak the sultana's & Dates with the Bicarbonate In boiling water
Pre-heat oven 180 & grease the tin!!
Put butter & sugar In a bowl & mix well beat In the egg's then fold In the flour
Drain the fruit add to the bowl & mix well stick the mixture In the tin & bake In oven for 35-40 min's

Melt the butter In pan then stir In the sugar 7 cream bring to the boil & simmer for 5mins
Enjoy with a huge dollop of cream!!!
